Idle-timeouts only worked correctly on ISDN calls after 11.3(8.1)T or
later. We have these working correctly by passing something like this:

         AddToReply Service-Type = Framed-User, \
                            Framed-Protocol = PPP, \
                            Framed-Routing = None, \
                            Framed-MTU = 1500, \
                            Framed-Compression = Van-Jacobson-TCP-IP, \
                            Idle-Timeout = 300, \
                            Session-Timeout = 600

This will set an idle-timeout of 300 seconds and a maximum session time of
600 seconds.
