You will need to change MaxSessions to DefaultSimultaneousUse (note that
DefaultSimultaneousUse is an AuthBy parameter rather than a Handler parameter.
Then for the user(s) that require more than one channel you would specify a
Simultaneous-Use check item corresponding to the number of channels, and you
might also specify a Port-Limit (or its moral equivalent on your NAS) to make
sure the NAS also respects the limit.

# configure DefaultSimultaneousUse (not MaxSessions)
