I thought (and in my documentation, "Flat file user database" seems to
agree), that the Check items were terminated by "No comma at end of check
items" (with mutiple check itmes being comma-separated)?  Therefore I
thought the above has a single check item and a single reply-item.

Could there be a problem with a user entry that only has only one reply
item?

FWIW, still running 2.13.1.
