$ ls ~/.racket
6.11  6.12  7.0  7.1  7.2  7.3  7.4  7.5  7.6  7.7  7.8  7.9  
download-cache  racket-prefs.rktd  snapshot

The above looks like the location where my user packages are installed (as 
in, the packages from raco pkg install).

$ ls ~/.config/racket
ls: cannot access '/home/evdubs/.config/racket': No such file or directory
