I just upgraded my Racket installation to 7.9. I tried to run raco pkg migrate 7.8
I got the following error: raco pkg migrate: cannot find package on catalogs Looking at https://download.racket-lang.org/releases/7.9/catalog/, an uncaught exception is being thrown. This error is being returned by other versions, too (7.8 and 7.7 at least). Another user in IRC has confirmed this behavior.
