Aaahhh.... I was searching for "*:q" and other keywords when I should have been searching for "*;q" (and I just found the OS X keybinding - it is not listed as 'm:q' but '?:a:q', hah). Yes, 'esc;q' works on linux (it is bound to 'reindent-paragraph' which I had not found yet - If only I had searched 'paragraph'!) and I should be able to work with that and apply my own keybindings if necessary.
Thanks for the help and sorry for the noise! -Andrew On Sun, Oct 25, 2015 at 9:30 PM Robby Findler <ro...@eecs.northwestern.edu> wrote: > My read of the source code doesn't show any linux-specific > configuration of the keymap, at least not in the way that > reindent-paragraph is set up. > > If you search for "reindent" in the keybindings dialog, you don't see > the esc;q binding either? > > Robby > > > On Sun, Oct 25, 2015 at 8:18 PM, Andrew Kent <sgt...@gmail.com> wrote: > > Yes - meta-q inserts "q" in the DrRacket definitions window consistently > on > > Linux, and there are no entries in "Edit|Keybindings|Show Active > > Keybindings" for "m:q" (the only "*:q" entry is "c:q" for Quit). > > > > On Sun, Oct 25, 2015 at 9:12 PM Robby Findler < > ro...@eecs.northwestern.edu> > > wrote: > >> > >> When you type a meta-q, do you see a "q" appear?
