Well - the fact that it was m:q on OS X was how I discovered it in the first place (coming from emacs and mindlessly pressing key combinations occasionally, hah).
I'm tinkering around in DrRacket on Linux, it doesn't seem to me like m:q (Alt-Q) is bound to anything (with or without 'Enable keybindings in menus' turned on). Unless there's a reason why that wouldn't work... my vote would be m:q!
