It uses a (hacked) CLR fork of Clojure to connect to Unity. It might help to inform you what directions to take. I can tell you connecting a REPL to a live Unity game is a godsend. Being able to do this with GearVR will be amazing. Now we gotta figure out how to edit / REPL without taking the hmd off... I'm not associated with Arcadia, just a fan.
