Can someone help me understand why a commit to "https://github.com/sbgraves237/KFAS"; does not trigger the GitHub Actions specified in ".github/workflows/check-standard.yaml"?

p.s. This is a branch of helske/KFAS:master. That may have something
to do with the problem.
