I should maybe add that I'm not even sure why I need Bioconductor, the 
package has:

Imports: MASS, cluster, mclust, flexmix, prabclus, class, diptest, 
robustbase, kernlab, grDevices, graphics, methods, stats, utils, parallel
Suggests: tclust, pdfCluster, EMMIXskew, mvtnorm
