Perhaps I'll write an R function that hooks into the console prompt and reminds users every N minutes to take a break? The xwrits program used to do this, and you could configure it to lock your machine forcibly for five minutes every hour or so! It was so-named because its purpose was to prevent users suing their employees but also served to save your wrists.
