Two comments:
http://www.r-project.org/nosvn/R.check/r-release-linux-ix86/rjags-00check.html CRAN checks show rjags is having errors (maybe because of the library issue, I'm not certain) You are using an old unstable version of 2.12.0---the stable release has come out since. It might be worth updating.
