It says it couldn't find it in /usr/local/lib -- is it
in some non-standard location? If so, you could modify the
~/.R/Makevars file to contain
PKG_LIBS=/location/of/jagslibrary
before trying to build the package.

Maybe I need to update a path to rjags? maybe I can move it to the mentioned
directory?
