Well, depending on what you want on SIGHUP it might not do the
expected :) It just reloads the config, no plugins may be added/deleted
on SIGHUP. But I guess that's enough for most cases. Before caching of
config files was added, SIGHUP was not needed.

...With all the questions about starting and running, there should be
a docs/running.pod and/or a little FAQ.
