What problem are you trying to solve? Are you wishing to change the
behaviour of qpsmtpd when somebody connects to it on port 465 using
telnet (i.e. using telnet protocol rather than TLS)? Do you have a problem
with too many people connecting via telnet and then not disconnecting?
I am guessing that you are reporting that qpsmtpd doesn't timeout in this
(contrived) circumstance. If so, I think that is because of a generic
problem I have reported multiple times which is that time limits are not
applied to plugins. qpsmtpd only has alarm timeouts when running core code
awaiting input from the connecting client.
