The dns_whitelist_soft in the distribution won't do this for you, the
answer is fetched at rctp. The dnswl plugin in svn contrib looks up a
local db on connect and stores a connection note ("dnswl") with the
score. I have switched off the check_earlytalker (and some other
plugins) for all hosts with a score of >= 0.
The dnswl.org data seems to be complete for your case, if not: the
plugin supports local additions/overrides by loading it a second time
with another file.
