Actually I was thinking about this one:

(I hope that's the newest version - Eric Hall changed the name a few times).

But I know of the Varshavchik draft, too, although I've forgotten the
details.  When Eric wrote his draft, I wrote a short comparison of all
the similar proposals I could find:
