I'm not sure what you mean. Do you think about a plugin which checks the existence of a recipient by asking the "real" mail server? The idea has been brought up in the past, and it has been suggested doing this check e.g. via SMTP to the "real" mail server, which would make it independent from the type of mail server used. I'm not sure if such a plugin has been written yet. If you can export a list of valid useraccounts from your "real" mail server, it might be easier to use a plugin which just checks recipients against such a list.
