It can really help debugging in the field. If a subset of deployed qpsmtp
servers choke on certain messages, it will be much easier to debug if
it isn't necessary to contact each sysadmin to ask their version number.
I'm prepared to be out-voted on this one. I just sent along my collected
set of patches - this one happened to be the first one.
