It's an ancient dual ~800MHz pentium 3. The biggest contributor to the load is running spamassassin[1]. The load is generally hovering between 1 and 2.
The box is also running the httpd part of RT and a bunch of other things (like a second qpsmtpd / qmail installation with much less traffic).
