Are the users on their side getting any error messages, returned email,
timeout, etc?
Do you know what their DNS servers are, could be a DNS issue?
Do you have any devices in front of your server?

Hi Eric,
I have checked in logs of above mentioned, its not reaching our
server. I told sender to check their server administrator if they
blocked our server IP.
But they said it was no issue on their side.
So how do i resolve this?
The sender side is not supporting us instead the user pushing me to
check my server.
I have keep on checked my server logs maillog, smtp, spamdyke, there is
no domain or ip address or user email.
Please advise.

Is the email hitting the SMTP server? Check in
/var/log/qmail/smtp/current to see if connection is being made.
Also check in /var/log/maillog for spamdyke issues.

Get Outlook for Android <https://aka.ms/ghei36>

Hi Folks,
We are facing one issue with our email server.
Whenever emails sent from sender to our domain it's not
getting to our mailbox.
I have added sender email and domain into my server
whitelist_ip, senders, rdns file in spamdyke folder.
They are getting below message when they sent to our domain.
4.4.2 Bad connection Timed out
5.7.7 Delivery Expired(Message too old) timeout.
I am running pdns-recursor service and configured nameserver
127.0.0.1 in /etc/resolv.conf
I am facing this issue from this sender only.
Could any one help me.
