Is the email hitting the SMTP server? Check in /var/log/qmail/smtp/current to 
see if connection is being made. Also check in /var/log/maillog for spamdyke 
issues.

I am running pdns-recursor service and configured nameserver 127.0.0.1 in 
/etc/resolv.conf
I am facing this issue from this sender only.
