Yes, I do maintain it but I've never had to maintain an internal set as well?
Meaning just machines sending between each other internally, I've never needed
to do anything too special.

I have allowed internal machines. However, it dawns on me that the QMT machine
relaying to the second QMT machine has another IP altogether. Perhaps I should
add that to the tcp.smtp.

This would not work? The QMT machine owns the 127.0.0.1 address. The
compdev.domain.com machine is just a web server. I'm not sure what you mean
here?
