Hello,
I had a server with its locale set to nl_NL.UTF8. Trying to run qmail-scanner's
configure in batch mode failed, because it tries to display this prompt:

***** NOTE ******
Qmail-Scanner doesn't have language translations for en_GB,
- so defaulting to english...
[Hit <RETURN> to continue]
----
This prompt is shown even before configure reads its flags, so it will try to
show this prompt and wait for input even when the script was told to not show
any prompts. Changing the locale fixed my non-interactive script, but I feel
this is a bug in the configure script that should be addressed.
