David,

Did you try following this FAQ entry:

Content-Scanner Issues

  1. ./configure doesn't find supported scanner 'X'. ./configure checks your PATH plus a few other known directories for the virus scanners. If you have installed it somewhere else, simply alter your PATH so that it can find it, then run ./configure again.

Where are your binaries installed?

Hi to all,
I ahve a little problem with version 2.00 o qmail-scanner. The configuration script doesn't detect any antivirus on my server.
Now I use qs version 1.25 and it's works fine. I had install Spamassassin and F-prot antivirus.

This is the output of ./configure form version 2.00

This script will search your system for the virus scanners it knows
about, and will ensure that all external programs
qmail-scanner-queue.pl uses are explicitly pathed for performance
reasons.

It will then generate qmail-scanner-queue.pl - it is up to you to install it
correctly.
