Hi all

I've upgraded my qmail install to include qmail-scanner with clamscan and spamassassin on Slackware 9.1. I followed the instructions at http://www.qmailrocks.org/qmailscanner_slackware.htm (but without any of the patches). I'm using the c wrapper around qmail-scanner-queue.pl

All is working well, mail is being scanned by both clamav and spamassassin and tagged / quarantined correctly.

However, the only way I can get virus notification messages to appear at all is to use

   --notify all

If I select any other options no notification messages are sent. This is the case for the messages sent by contrib/test_installation.sh -doit and the virus test service at http://www.webmail.us/testvirus

The configure command I used to install qmail-scanner is as follows:

./configure --admin postmaster --domain mydomain.com --scanners clamscan,verbose_spamassassin --notify all --add-dscr-hdrs yes --ignore-eol-check --skip-setuid-test --local-domains "mydomain.com, mydomain2.com" --install

(with mydomains replaced!)

I'd like to notify the recipient and admin, what can I check / try to resolve this?

Thanks
Gary
