You will need these symbolic links:
libsavi.so -> libsavi.so.3
libsavi.so.2 -> libsavi.so.3.2.07.117
libsavi.so.3 -> libsavi.so.3.2.07.117
libsavi.so.3.2.07.117
And maybe you will have to add '/usr/local/lib' in '/etc/ld.so.conf'
and the run 'ldconfig'. Then you can install Sophie... I hope
Are you using the last Sophie from http://www.clanfield.info/sophie/ ?
I am using it without any problem with sophos installed in '/usr' or
'/usr/local' and updating through em-install.sh
