That's the problem with MX records. They have different priorities, from 10 to 50, 10 being the highest.  Make sure server A is 10, and B is 50. However you'll still find some emails find their way directly to B, despite the highest priority being A. Nothing really you can do about that besides removing server B from the MX records completely.
