Check /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl for the lines:
#Addresses that should be alerted of any quarantined Email
my $NOTIFY_ADDRS='psender';
This tells who to notify for what. If you look at ./configure --help in
the qmail-scanner build directory or
http://qmail-scanner.sourceforge.net/configure-options.php it will show
you what to put on the above line. Look for the --notify parameter.
