Hi,

When an email containing a virus is sent to an address on my qmail mailserver, a virus report is CCed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and I presume (by the contents of the mail) that it should be sent to the sender as well, but it isn't.

Is there anyway to fix this and get it to send the virus report to the sender?

Yes, there is, but dont do it. You'll be sending hundreds or even thousands (depending on your mail volume) of these notices out every day...most of them to nonexistant or forged addresses. A good number of sites will also blacklist you if they receive these bounce virus notifications from your server. The cons clearly outweigh the pros.
