You're wrong on both your assumptions.. IT does check the message, it does change the topic, but Qmail-Scanner doesn't pick up the cluephone and tags it accordingly when it moves it around..
Let me show you an example..

This could be a little bit confuse, and I am out of my office so I can't do any check. I can say this:
1) Unless you have modify the source, QS does not scan messages bigger than 250 kb (fast or verbose SA). In that case you have "X-Spam-Status: No, hits=? required=?". Also if there is some error with spamc you will have a similar output.
2) Fast_Spamassassin *** does not *** tag or add headers to a message, it only adds information like "X-Spam-Status: No, hits=n.n required=n.n".
I haven't yet installed SA 3.0.2 an d I don't know if something changed in the output of this version. I will check next week.
