I've noticed the exact same thing. But not only does it create them to
be moved.. it adds the X-Spam-Status: with bogus data.

We use client side filters to handle this one and altho it's easy to
make it check for "X-Qmail-Scanner-MOVED-X-Spam-Status" instead, I'm not
sure that something we want to do.

One could go back to SA fastmode (option -c ) and get QS to give a valid
X-Spam-Status line again. But that beats the purpose in our case as we
still need the full headers from SA.
