Hi,
I'm getting lot of mails with the subject line as below:

failure notice
Undeliverable Mail
Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
Returned mail: Over quota
Returned mail: Service unavailable

and so on...their traffic is soo high that sometimes it reaches 20-30 mails per minute on just one account in my domain.

I'm running qmaill-scanner-1.23. I have the following lines put up in /var/spool/qmailscan/

failure.*notice Virus-Subject: failure notice
Undeliverable.* Virus-Subject: Undeliverable Mail
Delivery.*Notification Virus-Subject: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
returning.*sender Virus-Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender
Undelivered.*Sender Virus-Subject: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
Impossible.*message Virus-Subject: Impossible d'envoyer votre message
Returned.*transcript Virus-Subject: Returned mail: see transcript for details
Returned.*quota Virus-Subject: Returned mail: Over quota
Returned.*Service Virus-Subject: Returned mail: Service unavailable

And, after that when i run the following, it accepts the additions i've made.

[EMAIL PROTECTED] root]# /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl -g
perlscanner: generate new DB file from /var/spool/qmailscan/quarantine-attachments.txt
perlscanner: total of 40 entries.

Still the mails keep pumping in. Tried restarting the mail service and httpd service. No way the mails are getting blocked/dropped.

Where am i going wrong? I've taken care of the tabs in quarantine-attachments.txt file.

Please could anyone help me out on this?

Thanks,
Dheeraj.
