No. That bit of the log doesn't refer to KAV at all.
Does "qmail-scanner-queue.pl -v" mention KAV?
Simply 'yes': [EMAIL PROTECTED] qmail-scanner-1.22]# /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl -v
qmail-scanner-queue.pl
Version: 1.22
Perl: Summary of my perl5 (revision 5.0 version 8 subversion 0) configuration:

here is a bit of qmail-queue.log related to kavscanner:

I'm guarded with the output of kavscanner:
Just
'Kaspersky Virus Scanner for linux. Version 5.0.2.0/RELEASE build #1
Copyright (C) Kaspersky Lab. 1998-2003.'
is not enough, there are no any words about licence or AV-base
which always appear in the output while running kavscanner from command line (under qscand user too)
The only note: kav 5.0 options differ from which are included in qmail-scanner.pl, so I've just deleted all options assuming kavscanner have to use /etc/kav/5.0/kav4unix.conf as it uses this conf-file while I run scanner from command line.
