Quoting [EMAIL PROTECTED]:

I agree.. If it is in verbose mode then $spamc_subject='' should be empty
BUT.. :)

Simply by changing 1 variable in local.cf (the rewrite_header) from 0 to 1
makes SA rewrite the subject CORRECTLY and it works but I get two copies.
Change rewrite_header to 0 and I get everything flagged as spam in the
header correctly and a report et al, BUT NO rewritten subject line. Which is
what I expect since rewrite_header 0 is cleared.

So how can changing one little 0 to 1 in rewrite_header cause a duplication
of emails.. Now that's a curiousity indeed! I'm trying to figure out how to
get into a debug mode in perl. Is there way to pause operation and go step
by step when qmail-scanner-queue.pl is called.. Now that would be useful!

No one else has seen this? :) All the other email stuff works great.. ;)

I'd like to point out that i have experienced the exact same thing as you without the dupication of emails so i'd tend to believe there is some other problem with your system as Jason pointed out earlier.
