Jason, I haven't got those entries in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf so
assume its picking up defaults from somewhere?

What is you timeout setting for razor? This will cause a 'hang' if the
servers are not available.

Seems too coincidental - two years with uptimes only punctuated by power
outages:
install qmail-scanner/spamassasin/razor etc and now we have
crashed/hung/frozen whatever three times in a week.
