I don't think so.
From the netqmail page "We have fixed only those things which are out-and-out wrong, or which have been approved by djb (specifically QMAILQUEUE)."

Hi,
It's entirely possible that the QMAILQUEUE patch is already in netqmail, I don't know as I have never used it.
All I was trying to say is that to get qmail-scanner working, you do need the QMAILQUEUE patch, wither you have to install it yourself or it's already installed for you was not my point.
