If you want to stop virus email from entering your mail system, you should
shut down your mail system.  Alas.

You may try using a pre-qmailscanner blacklist, such as
badmailfrom/badmailto, to block specific senders and recipient addresses.
The mailmat patch, or the newer version of the same, lets you use a set of
patterns for this task, instead.  If you have a fairly constant set of
invalid accounts receiving mail, the badmailto should work fairly well for
you.



If you have a small set of valid recipients, perhaps a whitelist would be
best.
