Hi (again),

I've been trying to get someone to help me out with this issue, so I'm asking again.

I'm using qmailscanner and I want to disable its internal perlscanner. It's finding problems with even good emails. I don't want qmailscanner to do anything other then have it scan my emails for virii using my paid Vexira AV.

Can someone tell me how I disable qmailscanner's internal perlscanner?

Hi Shai

I have the same problem today with ZENIT, but it is not the perlscanner, is the working_copy routine, anyway, I've disabled $BAD_MIME_CHECKS, but until tomorrow I don't know if it works...

Edit /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl and change to '0' this

#Try to fix bad MIME messages before passing to MIME unpacker
my $BAD_MIME_CHECKS='0';

I like this check, but I think that I will need a whitelist thing for this and others little problems...

Cheers

Salvatore
