Have you read the manual/FAQ? If I recall, there were things listed there that answer your questions... Maybe that's why nobody is responding... Responses are typically not given for questions that are easily answered in the docs/faqs for ANY mailling list, like this one, from what I've seen... It's finding problems with even good emails.
