On line 454 in qmail-scanner-queue.pl, the error message "$file_id exits - try again later..." should be changed to "cannot create $scandir/$file_id". This is a much clearer message for systems administrators, with an indication of where the problem is, while still leaving the reason for the error as an exercise for the reader. The original error message does not help identify the path of the file that is having problems.
