On line 454 in qmail-scanner-queue.pl, the error message "$file_id exits - try again later..." should be changed to "cannot create $scandir/$file_id". This is a much clearer message for systems administrators, with an indication of where the problem is, leaving the reason for the error as an exercise for the reader.
