Ok, I think I've found the problem. The qmail-scanner-queue.pl runs as qscand... supposedly, but I've found that when the sweep gets called it's running as qmailq and therefore cannot read the temp files created by the qscand process. I'm assuming the perl script tries to suid to qscand but can't because this install of perl pretty much does away with that function. What do I do now?
