Not Qmail-Scanner's problem: read the FAQ "Messages marked as spam are not
quarantined"

i.e. it's the users job - not the system.

This is a philosophical issue I am yet to be swayed on. If any of you out
there are subscribed to the SpamAssassin development list, you will know
about the people who flame that list demanding to know why their email is
being filtered without their authority. In all cases it's due to their ISP
doing just what you want: pre-filtering what they *think* is SPAM - without
letting their own customers/whatever know.

Qmail-Scanner does a good job of marking the messages as spam - write a
document telling users how to filter that off using their MUAs - and you
won't have unhappy users...

Last thing I want to see is users flaming *ME* because someone else has
misconfigured Qmail-Scanner.
