There's no built-in functionality to limit qmail-scanner to particular e-mail domains, as it is executed for every mail message. If you're handy with Perl, it wouldn't be too hard to add a few lines to qmail-scanner.pl that will read domains from a file and compare them against the incoming message's e-mail address.
