[Qmail-scanner-general]qmail-scanner on redhat 8.0

Hello, I have a working qmail system, that I want to installed qmail-scanner on for use with trend virus wall.
the install has some errors when I try to run the configure --install

perlscanner: generate new DB file
ERROR: incorrect format on line 82 - skipped
perlscanner: total of 9 entries.
failed to call /usr/local/bin/vscan -v - Permission denied at /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl line 1016.
any help would be greatly appriciated.
