I'm using Qmail with QS, SA and Sophie together with SMTP-POPlock from http://www.davideous.com/smtp-poplock/ This program is a neat piece of software, and it always worked the way I installed it. After upgrading to QS 1.13 yesterday, I found out QS doesn't scan anything, since QMAILQUEUE isn't set. The Readme of QS 1.13 states that I should edit /etc/tcp.smtp with these vars. However, with SMTP-POPlock, tcp.smtp.cdb isn't used anymore for relaying. I advise to export the QMAILQUEUE var in the Daemontools run script for Qmail-smtpd, this always worked for me.
