OK, since no-one helped you while I was on vacation and since I don't see 
you having succeeded in getting it to work, I'll give another shot:

The thing that immediately hits me, is that you don't have an overall 
setting for the QMAILQUEUE variable. A good place to this would be 
/etc/profile (depends on your shell / distribution). That is, if you want 
_every_ email to be scanned. Else you might try ~username/.profile or 
.bashrc or something of the like.
As the testscript seems to be working (11) and the rest doesn't, it is 
propably this simple... 

Try putting the text between <SNIP 1> and <SNIP 2> in the systemwide 
profile and logout and back in. This might solve everything...
