I created a patch for qmail-scanner that integrates ScannerDaemon
(http://www.openantivirus.org) into it. This is different from the sub-oav.pl
released earlier by me and others in that it patches the configure script to
detect ScannerDaemon. By default, configure looks at localhost port 8127 for
ScannerDaemon. However, you may use --oav-host and --oav-port as options to
configure to specify another host and/or port for ScannerDaemon. You may get
the patch from http://www.xenos.net/software/qmail-scanner. It works for me
on a RedHat Linux 7.2 box, but as always, use at your own risk.

I'd also like to make patches that allow for custom response messages and that
redirect spam messages (as determined by SpamAssassin) to a special email box.
Is anyone already doing this, or has it been done?

Thanks,
Karyl
