The -N flag to wget has the same effect.  Also, you might not want to =

redirect output to /dev/null, as then you'll never know if they move the =

files somewhere.  I use the -N and -nv arguments to wget, and run the upd=
ate =

script as part of our nightly maintenance.  That works well, along with t=

- -q argument to unzip.
